Must admit I think Ngog has done pretty well. He is certainly one I would play over Babel. Ngog was just thrown in on his own up front at times.

When Babel came on for the last 30 minutes I thought he was lazy and didn't chase the ball down from the front. The sign of a player totally not arsed.

When Babel came on against Everton, he was fine for about five mins - chasing and working the line. After that (my friend just commented that he thought this in fact), he just became so lazy. What annoys me is that the crowd are obviously restless when he does not chase and he could definitely hear how much they appreciate it when Kuyt chases and wins a ball.

Rafa didn't want to get rid of Crouch, has said so many times and said so at the time. He could not guarantee him games all the time but has said that it is that kind of situation where extra money can sort probs out. He would not be "happy" but he would recognise that he is valued - as happens all over the place.

New to the forum here, thought i'd sign in. I'm from Liverpool. May I add that I really, really hate Everton.

Yes, I'll actually miss them least out of everything here. I know hate's a strong word but I really do hate Everton fans. I'm not a massive fan of the city tbh, and i'm not a militant local or anything I much prefer London to here. but it's home, and obviously i'm 26, Liverpool fan, been through the good days and the bad. it's been the highlight of growing up here the team. It's a great club.

For Liverpool to win the EPL they need to get rid of all their foreign deadwood. There is far too many foreigner's at the club.

Rafa Benitez needs to go and be replaced by someone like Alex McLeish. He'd give the team a boot up the arse and instil a britishness about them again.
